Transportation Planning
The development of a transportation or infrastructure improvement project must include careful analysis and accurate forecasting of present and future conditions, respectively. Once this analysis is completed, a set of alternatives may be identified and a 'plan of action' for improvements is developed.
M·E's ability to serve the transportation planning needs of clients both results from and depends upon our focus on taking a "Total Project Approach" to assignments. We bring together talented professionals in all engineering and management disciplines, so that the "plan of action" we develop for each client is both comprehensive and executable.
Successful planning sets the stage for smooth implementation. Therefore, we have aligned our staff and service offerings to address potential obstacles to project implementation, including schedule and budget constraints; funding, regulatory, environmental, and governmental compliance; and public and private sector involvement.
