Transportation Design
Civil engineering design involves preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction and implementation of new infrastructure and/or existing infrastructure improvements. Quality documents result from the creative and innovative application of basic engineering principles and standard practices.
M·E has provided civil engineering design to private and public clients for more than 20 years. Through a “Total Project Approach,” our staff develops plans and specifications for new and existing infrastructure based on such feasibility considerations as initial, operational and maintenance costs; current and future area needs and development plans; and public safety maintenance and enhancement.
Successful designs must transfer from plan sheets to constructed reality. M·E gives clients continuity of service from the initial planning and design stages through construction and beyond. Through client-focused resource management, we scale our multi-disciplinary, in-house capabilities to complete feasible designs on time and within established budgets.
